Who we are

Groups Academy (groupsacademy.in) provides APPSC and TGPSC exam-preparation content: syllabus, study materials, practice tests and videos.

What we collect

• When you register we collect your name, email address and mobile number, and the password you choose (stored in a scrambled form, never as plain text).
• When you buy study materials we record the order, the amount and the transaction reference you give us so we can verify the payment. We do not see or store your bank, card or UPI PIN details.
• Your test attempts and scores are saved so you can see your progress.
• Like most websites, our servers log technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages visited.

How we use it

• To create and run your account, deliver the materials you bought, verify payments, show your progress and reply to your messages.
• To keep the site secure and fix problems.
• We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies

We use cookies for login sessions and to remember choices such as dark mode. Without them you cannot stay logged in.

Who else sees it

Only the people who run the site, our hosting provider, and the services needed to run it (for example, video playback from YouTube). We share information with authorities only where the law requires it.
