Refund Policy

Digital products

Our study materials are digital files that become available as soon as your payment is verified, so purchases are generally not refundable once you have opened or downloaded the file.

When we will refund you

• You were charged but the material was not unlocked, and we cannot fix it.
• You paid twice for the same material (we will refund the extra payment).
• The file is damaged or clearly different from its description and we cannot replace it.

How to ask

Contact us within 7 days of the payment with your registered email or mobile number, the transaction reference and a screenshot of the payment. Without these we cannot trace the payment.

How long it takes

We reply within a few working days. Approved refunds are sent back to the same account or UPI ID within 7 to 10 working days.

Not refundable

Change of mind, not taking the exam, content you already downloaded, and accounts closed for breaking our terms.
